Associations:
- North-American Interfraternity Conference:
- Founded in 1909, the North-American Interfraternity Conference, Inc. is the trade association representing 69 International and National Men's Fraternities. The NIC serves to advocate the needs of its member fraternities through enrichment of the fraternity experience; advancement and growth of the fraternity community; and enhancement of the educational mission of the host institutions.
- National Panhellenic Conference:
- The National Panhellenic Conference, one of the largest organizations advocating for women, is the umbrella group for 26 national and international sororities that are autonomous social organizations. NPC sororities are located on more than 670 campuses with 380,565 undergraduate members in 3,234 chapters. Alumnae are represented in 3,889 associations throughout the world.
- Professional Fraternity Association
- PFA represents over 100,000 undergraduate and graduate students on over 1,000 campuses across the nation. We support about 40 fraternal member groups to preserve high standards on campus and in professional practice and about 40 associate members. Our members’ groups have initiated 2.5 million members in professional fields such as agriculture, business, engineering, law, medicine, music, nursing, pharmacy, and more.
- National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations:
- National Association of Latino Fraternal Organizations (NALFO) is the coalition of 16 Latina/o based sororities and fraternities in the United States.
- National Pan-Hellenic Council:
- The National Pan-Hellenic Council, Incorporated (NPHC) is currently composed of nine (9) International Greek letter Sororities and Fraternities: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. NPHC promotes interaction through forums, meetings and other mediums for the exchange of information and engages in cooperative programming and initiatives through various activities and functions.
- Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values:
- The Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV) exists to stimulate the growth and development of fraternity/sorority councils, chapters, and members by promoting leadership, educational, and values based experiences and resources for student leaders, their advisors, and the larger fraternal market. Our mission is for all fraternity/sorority members to exemplify and live ethical values. We work toward our mission by educating and cultivating students and professionals through cutting edge events and services including conferences and institutes, service immersion experiences, leadership resources, and multiple venues for networking and connecting with peers and colleagues who support the advancement of the fraternal movement.
- Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors:
- The Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors (AFA) provides exceptional experiences, a vibrant community, and essential resources for the success of fraternity/sorority advisors. We have an ongoing commitment to the professional development of our members, a deep appreciation of both academic and applied research that examines the entire spectrum of the fraternity/sorority experience and the advising profession, and a commitment to collaborations within and between the higher education and interfraternal communities.
