The Bobcat Leadership Series is a semester long developmental program designed to answer questions such as "What is leadership?" "Who can lead?" and "What does it take to be a great leader?" by taking an in-depth look at the seven Cs of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.
The Leadership Conference is hosted every year for undergraduate students to be inspired, empowered and connected to become leaders. This conference offers two tracks: a general track program or an entrepreneurial track depending on your future goals. This conference is a great experience with exceptional speakers that will really motivate you to become the best leader you can be.
LeaderShape Summer Institute is an advanced, six-day, on-campus residential, ethics-based leadership development experience for young adults. LeaderShape Summer Institute is an interactive, energizing, and unique experience that builds leadership skills no other program can match. It is six days of non-stop self-discovery and learning from practical experiences that build your leadership concepts and abilities.
