Pi Lambda Phi

  • Current Status: Deferred Suspension from September 22nd, 2022 to October 1st, 2024.
  • On 10/01/2022, Pi Lambda Phi was responsible for:

Delta Gamma

Pi Kappa Phi

  • Current Status: Disciplinary Probation from July 13th, 2023 to December 31st, 2023.
  • On 07/19/2023 Pi Kappa Phi was responsible for:
    • 702.08 Assault, Threats of Violence, or Conduct Threatening Health or Safety
    • 702.12 Hazing
    • 702.18 Possession, Use or Distribution of Alcohol in Violation of Policy

Unrecognized Groups:

  • Sigma Delta Alpha: recognition never given; acted without regard for Expansion Policy.
  • Omega Phi Beta: recognition never given.
  • Sigma Tau Gamma has officially shut down their newly establishing chapter due to low numbers and inability to become a fully chartered chapter by UC Merced Expansion procedures and timeline. (Spring 2020)
  • Gamma Zeta Alpha -  Not meeting FSL Expectation of Recognition Requirements and no active members currently enrolled at UC Merced as of Fall 2023. Working on recognition for Spring 2024.
  • Pi Lambda Phi - Not meeting expectations on a national level, the chapter and national organization has decided to close the chapter. Pi Lambda Phi will conduct to restart during the Fall 2027 semester. Please read the agreement here.

  • Sigma Alpha Epsilon: Recognition suspended until Fall 2017, must reapply and be selected to reestablish a chapter.
