Excellence in Scholarship Award
The Excellence in Scholarship award is given to the Fraternity or Sorority that demonstrates the most significant commitment to academic success throughout the 2014 calendar year.
Nominees organizations must:
- Be in a registered Fraternity or Sorority under the umbrella of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
- Be in good judicial standing with the university.
Please respond to the following prompts in no more than 250 words each. Nominations of more than 250 words will not be considered.
Note: Chapter GPAs will be pulled from the Greek Grade Reports.
Question Prompts (minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA to apply):
- Why does this Fraternity or Sorority deserve to win this award?
- What programs or initiatives did the nominee organization implement to enhance academic success throughout the last calendar year?
- How does the nominee organization inspire others in the campus community to succeed academically?
