Character Leadership

We encourage the development of diverse leaders within our campus community by providing a guiding framework for student success in leadership development while preparing students for effective citizenship, personal growth, and professional success.

Bobcat Leadership Series

The Bobcat Leadership Series is a semester long developmental program designed to answer questions such as "What is leadership?" "Who can lead?" and "What does it take to be a great leader?" by taking an in-depth look at the seven Cs of the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.

Leadership Conference

The Leadership Conference is hosted every year for undergraduate students to be inspired, empowered, and connected to become leaders. In this conference there is tracks that you can take: a general track program or an entrepreneurial track depending on your future goals. This conference is a great experience with exceptional speakers that will really motivate you to become the best leader you can be.


LeaderShape Summer Institute is an advanced, six-day, on-campus residential, ethics-based leadership development experience for young adults. LeaderShape Summer Institute is an interactive, energizing, and unique experience that builds leadership skills no other program can match. Civic Leadership
